Interiorfy Me provides professional home organisation, home styling, decluttering, and related services across the Sydney metropolitan area. The specific scope of work will be discussed and agreed upon during your initial consultation.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion if we believe the working environment is unsafe or unsuitable.
3. Bookings & Consultations
- All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once we provide written confirmation via email or message.
- An initial consultation is offered to assess your needs and provide a tailored quote.
- Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual scope of work required.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencing any work.
- We accept payment via Cash, Bank Transfer.
- Payment is due upon completion of each session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For larger projects spanning multiple sessions, a payment schedule may be arranged.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will provide as much notice as possible.
6. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the areas being organised.
- Be available (or designate a representative) for decisions regarding items to keep, donate, or discard.
- Inform us of any relevant health, safety, or access considerations before the session.
- Take responsibility for the final decisions regarding your belongings.
7. Liability
While we take the utmost care with your belongings, Interiorfy Me is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from our services except where caused by our negligence. We recommend securing valuable or fragile items prior to our visit.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific session in which the issue occurred.
8. Photography & Social Media
With your written consent, we may take photographs of our work for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. All photographs will be used in a professional manner, and personal items or identifying information will not be shared without your explicit permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Interiorfy Me website, including text, images, logos, and design, is our intellectual property or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
